I Caught an Unauthorized Charge on Google Pay via Lido POS

On March 31, 2025, I noticed a ₺1000 unauthorized transaction made through Lido POS using Google Pay. I did not make any purchases online, nor did I authorize this payment. The only way I even found out was when I received an SMS notification showing the charge had gone through.
This transaction happened without my permission or any prior notice, and it is deeply concerning that such a large amount could be withdrawn from my account so easily. I never approved this payment, and I am incredibly disappointed in Google Pay’s lack of security protocols to prevent unauthorized access like this.
I demand an immediate refund of the ₺1000 and a full investigation into how this transaction was processed without my consent. Google Pay needs to tighten its security measures and offer users better fraud protection. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently.
