Google One AI Pro 5 TB Unauthorized Charges: Refund Request for Payments

I realised in June 2026 that I had been charged every month on Google Play for a Google One / Google AI Pro 5 TB subscription that I never knowingly purchased or authorised. Until I saw the charge that was refunded in June, I had no idea that such a subscription was active on my account. Because I only noticed the situation in June, I was able to obtain a refund only for the June 10, 2026 payment of ₺719.99. However, there were also monthly charges in February, March, April and May 2026 that I did not approve and did not use knowingly. I request that all Google One / Google AI Pro 5 TB subscription charges from February, March, April and May 2026 be fully refunded to me, as these payments were taken without my clear knowledge and consent. I kindly ask you to review my Google Play account history, cancel any remaining unwanted subscription if it is still active, and return the unjust charges to my account.
