Goodyear Tire Suffered Sudden Sidewall Blowout on Brand-New Vehicle

When I purchased my vehicle brand new, it came equipped with Goodyear tires. Today, while driving, one of the tires suddenly blew out, forcing me to pull over immediately. I did not hit a curb, strike a pothole, or experience any external impact prior to the failure. Despite driving under completely normal conditions, the tire suffered a severe sidewall tear and extensive damage.

At worst, a severe road hazard might cause a minor sidewall bubble, so having the tire completely explode and tear along the sidewall strongly points to a manufacturing defect. This sudden failure jeopardized both my personal safety and my vehicle, leaving me deeply concerned.

When I attempted to contact customer service to report the incident, the representative hung up on me the moment I said hello, before I could even explain what happened. Being completely dismissed and left without any support has compounded my frustration as a customer.

I demand that Goodyear perform a thorough technical inspection of the failed tire to confirm that the blowout was not caused by external impact, and issue a free replacement if a defect is identified. I expect Goodyear to address this safety hazard with the seriousness it warrants and provide a formal written explanation regarding their findings.
