Goodyear Eagle F1 Tire Formed a Dangerous Sidewall Bulge on New Ford Puma

My brand-new Ford Puma, which I purchased in December 2025, currently has only 9,400 kilometers on the odometer and has already developed a sidewall bulge on the front left tire. The vehicle came factory-equipped with Goodyear Eagle F1 tires. I noticed the bulge during an inspection today, and I find it completely unacceptable for a tire to experience this type of failure at such low mileage.
A sidewall bubble forming so early strongly suggests a quality control issue or a manufacturing defect. Frankly, driving on a compromised tire creates a serious safety hazard.
I demand that Ford and Goodyear inspect this tire under warranty and replace the defective front left tire free of charge immediately.
