Factory Michelin Tire Shreds While Driving, Damaging Wheel and Endangering Driver

My Michelin tire came factory-installed when I bought my vehicle brand new. About five months ago, while traveling at 80 km/h, I received a "Check Tire" warning on the dashboard display, and when I pulled over and stepped out, I noticed that the tire was severely damaged, shredded, and completely flat. This situation endangered my safety and caused significant damage to both my tire and wheel rim.
I find it unacceptable for a factory-installed tire on a new vehicle to disintegrate like this within such a short time at normal cruising speeds. Experiencing this failure with a brand like Michelin deeply disappoints me and shatters my trust in the company.
I request a thorough inspection of the tire and rim to identify any potential manufacturing or material defects and resolve the damage I suffered. If necessary, I ask that specialists conduct a detailed examination of the tire and provide me with a written report of their findings.
