GoDaddy Auto-Renewal Glitch Charged Me $41 Even After I Turned It Off

I have been using various services from GoDaddy for years. Each year, the prices of the products increase compared to the previous one. Because of this, we wanted to cancel certain services and switch to more affordable alternatives. I turned off the auto-renewal feature for some of these services, but one of the services did not disable even though I turned off auto-renewal, and I was charged automatically. Especially when trying to turn off auto-renewal for the corporate email service, I constantly receive an error on the GoDaddy website, which prevents me from completing the cancellation. Despite this, the services continue to renew automatically, and charges are taken from my account without my consent.
On November 15, a service whose auto-renewal I had disabled was renewed anyway due to a system error. Because of this auto-renewal error, $41 USD was charged. I contacted customer service to request a cancellation and refund, but they did not acknowledge that the page had an issue and said they could not process a refund.
I currently have three active services, and I have canceled one. Once the remaining services expire, I plan to cancel everything and move to another provider. I request that this issue be resolved and that the $41 USD mistakenly charged be refunded.
