On October 29, 2025, I purchased the domain name “ghostywear.shop” through GoDaddy. I am able to log into the site without any issues; however, when I try to make changes to my domain and enter the one-time verification code that is sent to me, the system gives an error. After a certain number of attempts, I am completely blocked from making any domain changes and cannot perform any actions.
My customer number is 682695928. When I tried calling customer service, the automated message stated that no phone support is provided and that assistance is only available through the chat section on the website. But when I visit the site, the chat feature is inactive and no email address is provided. Because of this, I currently have no channel through which I can report my issue.
I request that GoDaddy contact me and provide the support needed so I can make changes to my domain and resolve the verification code error. Being unable to manage my domain is causing a serious problem, and I urgently expect a solution.
