Unauthorized Go&Find Digi Charge on My Akbank Credit Card

On December 24, 2025, I made a $0.62 purchase through Digi using my Akbank credit card. However, on January 1, 2026, I noticed that $36 had been charged to my card without my knowledge or authorization. I did not provide any authorization for this amount, and I did not make any additional purchase or start any subscription.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted Akbank and filed a transaction dispute. I am currently waiting for the outcome of the dispute process. I request that the unauthorized $36 charge be refunded to me as soon as possible.
