Standard Recovery Options Fail for Stolen Gmail Account on Android

My Gmail account was stolen from my phone, and I can no longer access it. I do not remember the exact date I lost access, but every login attempt now fails, and none of the standard recovery options are working.

An unauthorized user appears to have taken over my account, and I am deeply concerned about the security of my personal information and messages.
