My Gmail Account Was Hacked and Google Won’t Help Me Recover It

My personal Gmail account under Google Inc. has been taken over by third parties for approximately 21 days, and I have been completely unable to recover it. This account contained my private photos, personal notes, and all of my sensitive information. Since the day my account was compromised, purchases have continued to be made through mobile billing on my Turkish Telekom phone line, and even though I have disabled mobile payments, the system automatically reactivates them, and I cannot stop these transactions. I have followed every step listed on Google’s community help pages, including password reset attempts, recovery email and phone verification, and all related forms, but none of these methods have worked. The person or people who took over my account changed all of my recovery information, so the system keeps rejecting me, and I cannot regain access. During this process, I also received a suspicious activity alert from Google, and as soon as I received it, I changed my password, but within a very short time, they changed it again and completely took control of the account. Despite all of this, I cannot find any direct email address, phone number, or live support channel to contact Google. I am left dealing only with automated systems, and because I cannot reach a real representative, I am unable to protect either my account or my personal security. I request that Google conduct the necessary security investigations and return my compromised Gmail account to me. If this is not possible due to security reasons, then I request that the account be permanently closed and deleted so that my personal data and the mobile payment transactions made through my phone line cannot continue to be misused.
