I attempted to reset the password for my Gmail account (Em*******@gmail.com**) after my phone was reset. During the password recovery process, I receive a verification code on my phone and enter it correctly. However, a second verification step requires me to confirm via my recovery email. Since my account has two-factor authentication enabled, I cannot pass this step because I cannot access the recovery email address. As a result, I am completely locked out of my account.
This situation is extremely serious for me because my Gmail account contains:
Around 30,000 personal photos
Important personal and financial documents
Paid subscriptions (Google One, YouTube Premium, Google Photos)
Access to my MEXC crypto exchange account, preventing me from withdrawing my funds
I have all relevant proof of account ownership, including payment receipts, invoices, and credit card statements. My phone number is up to date and correct, and I have attempted to log in multiple times on both my old and new devices as well as from my home Wi-Fi network, but the problem persists.
Despite paying for Google services, I cannot reach a human support representative to resolve this urgent issue. I demand immediate assistance, restoration of access to my Gmail account, and assignment of a dedicated support agent who can help me recover my account and prevent further financial and personal loss.
