BC Game Won’t Let Me Change My Lost Phone Number Despite Email Access

I am a BC Game user from Indonesia and I am writing to report a problem related to changing the phone number on my account. My current BC Game account email is registered with the address “maspe.***@gmail.com”, and I still have full access to this email. Previously, my BC Game account was linked to an old phone number which I lost access to around January 2026. The number is now inactive, so I can no longer receive any SMS codes sent to that number. At the same time, I had not yet activated two-factor authentication (A2F) methods other than that number, which makes the change process even more difficult. Currently I can still log in to my BC Game account, but I cannot change the old phone number because the verification code is always sent to that lost number. This condition is very worrying for me because it affects the security of my account and prevents me from updating my data properly. I have already contacted BC Game support and I was directed to proceed with account recovery. Therefore, I kindly ask BC Game to help verify my identity via my registered email address and not via the old phone number that I no longer have access to. I request that my old phone number be changed or removed from the account and that the verification process be done via email so that I can safely manage and secure my account again. I hope this issue can be handled and resolved as soon as possible so I can continue using BC Game comfortably and safely.
