BC.Game Shows “Account Temporarily Unavailable” and Support Does Not Respond
I have been using BC.Game from India, and on December 30, my account suddenly began displaying the message “account temporarily unavailable.” Since that date, I have been completely unable to access my account, and the issue is still ongoing. I contacted BC.Game customer support regarding this situation, but I have not received any response so far. I have not been given any explanation as to why my account has been restricted or how long this restriction will last. My BC.Game account is registered under the email address bhavin6*@gmail.com**, and there was a balance of ₹100 in my account at the time it became unavailable. I respectfully request that my account be reviewed and reopened as soon as possible, that my ₹100 balance be fully preserved, and that I be clearly informed of the reason for this restriction.
