I have been unable to access my original Free Fire account, which is linked to the Gmail address sk***[email protected] and associated with game ID 2870532432, since 22/02/2026. When I try to log in, the account does not open, even though this is my original account, and I do not know the exact reason for this problem. I usually play from India on an Android device, and my payments for this account have been made from India as well. I have not been informed of any ban or restriction, and I have not received any clear explanation about why I cannot log in to my account. I have never used any third‑party software, cheats, or engaged in any improper activity on this account. On this Free Fire account, I have spent approximately 80,000 INR, and I am very upset and worried about losing both my account and all the purchases linked to it. I have also not yet been able to get effective support through any other channel regarding this issue. I kindly request that my Free Fire account be fully recovered and my access restored.
