Cannot Access Gmail Account Due To Two Factor Authentication Issue
I have been unable to access my Gmail account (t***@gmail.com) on my Android phone for about a month. The account contains very important work-related information, and I urgently need to regain access. Since two-factor authentication is enabled, the verification code is being sent to another closed account that I can no longer access. Although I can receive codes via SMS, I have no way to get the code sent to Gmail. I have tried all the account recovery steps but with no success. This is a corporate account, and the linked phone number is 0544****330. I have also been unable to reach my company’s IT department. I am requesting urgent assistance from Google to either disable the two-factor authentication or provide an alternative verification method so I can access my account again.
For about 45 days, I have not been able to access my Gmail account due to two-factor authentication. My account address is [email protected] and even though I receive the verification code on my phone, I still cannot log in. I have tried all the recovery and verification options provided by Google one by one. Despite applying all the steps such as password reset, trying from different devices and browsers, and following all the security and recovery steps, my account still could not be opened. I have been left victimized because I could not get support from anywhere during this process. Since my Gmail account is important to me, I request that the two-factor authentication feature on my account be completely reset and, if possible, disabled. I want Google to help me with this so I can use my account normally again.
