Gillette Venus Comfortglide Breeze Razor Caused Redness and Irritation

I purchased the Gillette Venus Comfortglide Breeze razor, but it caused redness and irritation on my skin. I used it exactly as instructed, but about an hour after shaving, I felt a burning sensation on the areas I had shaved. My skin developed redness and even swelling in some places.

This reaction is very concerning, especially since I followed the proper usage guidelines. I’m disappointed with the product and hope to receive a solution soon. I’ve never had this kind of issue before, and I expected better quality from Gillette. Please address this problem, as it has caused significant discomfort.
