Getcontact Sold Me a Second Number but SMS Function Doesn’t Work for Verification

I bought a secondary number from the Getcontact app for ₺50 since the terms indicated that SMS functionality was part of the package. Unfortunately, I faced a problem when attempting to open an account on Telegram. I requested a verification code from Telegram, but I wasn't able to receive any SMS via the Getcontact app. I find myself in a difficult situation, as the primary reason for purchasing this number was to receive verification codes. I’ve been looking for answers, but I haven’t gotten any clear direction. I require a solution to activate SMS functionality or a clear explanation of the next steps, as this service is not fulfilling my expectations as promised.
