Getcontact Premium User for Years but Can’t See How Contacts Saved Me

I’ve been a Getcontact Premium user for years, but I’ve never been able to see how people have saved my contact, which is the main reason I subscribed. Despite sending emails to support, I haven’t received any response. All I want is to find out how people have saved my number. Can you please help me resolve this issue? It’s frustrating not getting the service I paid for, and I’d appreciate any assistance you can provide.
