I’ve been using the free version of Getcontact, and for months now, my monthly inquiry and tag-viewing limits haven’t reset as they used to. Previously, every month the limits would refresh, but for the past 4-5 months, they haven’t updated. When I check the "remaining uses" section, it shows a renewal date, but when that date arrives, nothing happens. Instead, it just pushes the renewal to the following month. This is extremely frustrating as I rely on these features, and it seems like a bug or error. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible, and the feature is restored to its normal functionality.
