I’ve been using the free version of Getcontact, and for several months now my monthly inquiry and tag-viewing limits have not been resetting as they used to. Previously, these limits would refresh every month, but when I check the "remaining uses" section, it shows a renewal date, and when that date arrives, nothing happens—the renewal is simply pushed to the following month. I request that this issue be fixed as soon as possible and that the feature be restored to its normal functionality.
