For almost a year now, I have been unable to verify my number on the Getcontact app. When I try to verify my line with the number 0503****17, the app only shows a “verify your number” warning, but I never receive a verification code or any further explanation.
I have already tried using different devices and different internet connections, but the problem still continues.
I have not made any payments and I am not using any paid service. I have also not contacted customer support yet.
I request that my number be verified as soon as possible and that this issue be resolved.
