Geox Women's Walking Shoe Sole Problem

I purchased a pair of Geox women’s black running shoes, and after only two weeks of use, the sole of one of the shoes came off. This is not something that should happen in such a short period of normal use and clearly shows a quality problem. When I contacted the store / Geox customer service about this issue, I was told that nothing could be done because more than 6 months had passed since the purchase date. However, the defect occurred after only two weeks of actual use, and I believe this should be treated as a product fault, regardless of the time elapsed since purchase. I kindly request that my shoes be taken in for inspection and that the sole be repaired under the relevant warranty/consumer rights, without any cost to me. I expect Geox to stand behind its product quality and resolve this issue promptly by repairing the faulty shoes.
