Geofind App Prevents Account Access with Persistent Login Error

Since Friday at 1:00 PM, I have been completely unable to log into the Geofind app on my Android-operated Vivo S53 phone. The app fails to open and displays an "An error occurred during login" warning, preventing me from even reaching the home screen. The issue has persisted without resolution ever since, leaving the app entirely unusable.

As a result, I currently cannot access my account or perform any actions within the app. I have not yet been able to connect with customer service, so I have no information regarding the root cause of the issue or when it will be fixed.

First and foremost, I demand that this login error be resolved urgently and that my seamless access to the account and app be restored. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, I specifically request a full refund of the fees I paid for the app.
