Gemini Android App Gives Bizarre Answers Instead of Completing Tasks

I've been using the Gemini app on my Android phone for a long time now. But instead of behaving like a normal AI assistant waiting for tasks or commands, the app keeps producing strange, irrelevant sentences, almost like it's talking over a radio or calling someone. Sometimes it uses phrases as if it's looking at "the citizen," a phone, messages, or email, and this is both unsettling and makes the app unusable. Even though I type in normal tasks and questions, I don't get accurate, clear answers to my commands. I've deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, submitted feedback, but nothing has changed — the problem is still exactly the same. I want this strange speaking pattern in the Gemini app fixed, and I want it to respond to my tasks accurately, clearly, and like a normal AI assistant should, because this issue has completely turned me off from using the app.
