I Face Gemini AI Issues on Samsung Galaxy S21 FE With Poor Performance

I have been experiencing serious and persistent issues with Gemini AI, which comes pre-installed on my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE and operates in collaboration with Samsung. Since the first day I started using it, nearly every interaction has resulted in major problems.
I have saved specific instructions in the AI’s memory for tasks such as education, image generation, research, video ideas and production, music creation, scientific and cinematic concepts, and content creation for my YouTube channel. Despite this, the system consistently provides incomplete, irrelevant, and inadequate responses that disrupt my workflow. Even in cases where it should automatically generate images based on saved instructions, it either fails to execute, produces errors, or generates no results at all.
Additionally, the free video generation feature does not work as expected and repeatedly pushes me toward upgrading my subscription instead of delivering results. This situation wastes my time and negatively impacts my projects and planning.
Despite submitting multiple feedback reports about these issues, I have not seen any improvement. I have completely lost trust in Gemini AI. Since the app is integrated into the system, I cannot uninstall it, and if I had the option, I would not use it at all.
As a long-time Samsung user who has generally been satisfied with the brand, I am deeply disappointed that Samsung is partnering with and pre-installing such an unstable and poorly functioning system. This experience has made me reconsider choosing Samsung for my next device.
Through this complaint, I request that both Samsung and the Gemini AI team to urgently fix all the issues I have described, ensure the system works fully, consistently, and without errors as promised, and provide me with a clear and satisfactory explanation regarding the problems and the inconvenience caused.
