I subscribed to GeForce Now on my PC about two days ago and paid $27 for the service. As an Xbox user, my goal was to play all the games in my library through this service. However, even though I have a total of 77 games in my library, I can only access 3 of them — I can’t play the rest. Xbox already supports very few games on GeForce Now, and even among those few supported titles, I can’t play them properly.
When I try to launch games through GeForce Now, I get a “sync” warning, and the system shows a message saying, “You do not own this game.” But when I check the same game through my Xbox account, it clearly says, “You own this game.” In other words, a game that I already own on Xbox appears as if I don’t own it on GeForce Now, preventing me from playing it.
I subscribed with the expectation that I would be able to easily play the games in my library through GeForce Now, but in this situation, I am not receiving the service I paid for. I submitted feedback to customer support, but I still haven’t received any response.
For the price I paid, I want to be able to play all supported games in my library without issues. I request that these access and synchronization problems be investigated and resolved as soon as possible; and if necessary, that I be informed about compensation or provided a refund due to the inconvenience I’ve experienced.
