GCash didn’t receive my OTP for login or transfer, how can I resolve this?

If GCash isn't giving you the OTP to log in or for transfers, check your mobile network signal and make sure you have good reception, since weak signal often delays or blocks SMS delivery.

In the app, tap "Resend OTP" after waiting a few minutes. This by itself fixes a lot of problems.

As old app versions can cause errors, make sure your registered phone number is right, your SMS inbox isn't full, and the GCash app is updated to the latest version.

You can also restart your phone, turn Airplane Mode on and off to reset the network, or clear the app cache to refresh your contacts.

If the OTP still hasn't come after doing all of the above, you can make a complaint on Xolvie to find support.
