I Lost ₺100,000 Due to Unauthorized Gate.io Withdrawal and Still No Resolution

On May 21, an unauthorized transaction occurred through my M* app**, resulting in ₺100,000 being withdrawn by an individual using Gate.io. I had never permitted this transfer. Shockingly, the person later contacted me via WhatsApp, claiming they would return the money—but I’ve received nothing since.

I immediately reported the issue to both M* and Gate.io support teams. M*** directed me to file a report with law enforcement, which I promptly did. Gate.io requested detailed information, which I provided, including the exact amount stolen and the identity of the individual involved. However, despite all this, I have yet to receive any resolution or support.

I still have access to my account, but my financial loss remains unresolved, and I now feel unsafe using these platforms. I demand that my stolen funds be reimbursed immediately, and that the offender’s accounts be permanently blocked on both Gate.io and M* to prevent future harm.

I expect swift and effective action from both companies. This situation has not only caused monetary damage but also seriously eroded my trust in these platforms' security systems. Please treat this with urgency and priority.
