Funds Withdrawn from My Gate.io Account Without Approval
I noticed an unauthorized withdrawal from my Gate.io account, and I have no idea where the funds were sent. I attempted to withdraw money through the "Withdrawals" section, but I never approved the transaction. When I returned to my account, the funds had already been transferred to an unknown address.
Additionally, I faced difficulties navigating the platform as I couldn't switch my account to Turkish, making the process even more frustrating.
I urgently request Gate.io to investigate this matter, identify where my funds have been sent, and provide a resolution promptly. This experience has been deeply unsettling, and I expect a quick response to address the issue and recover my money.
