Fake Gate.io Account Caused Court Summons and Financial Loss

I recently learned that a fraudulent account was opened in my name on the Gate.io platform, and that illegal transactions were carried out through this account. Over the past year, I have received four separate court summonses related to these activities, and my situation continues to worsen with each passing day. I have never used the Gate.io application, nor do I have any connection to the person or persons who opened this account.

As a result of these actions, a total of $16,100 was withdrawn from my bank accounts. According to court documents, the individual responsible for these transactions is identified as A* Ö***. I have repeatedly tried to contact Gate.io customer service at 0850 *** 42 83, but I have not received any response.

I demand the immediate closure of the fraudulent account opened in my name and that my financial losses be addressed without delay. I have official court decisions and supporting documents available and can provide them upon request. I do not have any account on Gate.io, and I have no knowledge or involvement in these activities. I respectfully request that the necessary legal and administrative actions be taken immediately.
