On 11/06/2025 at 23:51:55, I opened a standard leveraged position on Gate.io using the AIA/USDT trading pair. My position remained open for two days, and I did not make any changes to it. However, on 11/08/2025 at 01:31:35, Gate.io automatically closed my position without my permission, at a moment when the trade was in loss. As a result, I incurred a loss of –36.04 USDT.
When I contacted customer service regarding the issue, I was given unsatisfactory and unreasonable explanations, claiming it was due to collateral requirements. It is unacceptable for my position to be closed without my approval or consent.
