My Garmin Vivosmart 4 Stopped Syncing with My Samsung Galaxy S5

-Hello, I’ve been using a Garmin Vivosmart 4 with my Samsung Galaxy S5 without issues—until two days ago. Suddenly, my watch stopped showing call and message notifications entirely.
I tried troubleshooting by uninstalling and reinstalling the Garmin app. Although the app now detects the watch, it refuses to fully connect or sync with my phone. None of my activities are visible, and I'm left without any access to my data or smart notifications.
This sudden malfunction is frustrating, especially since everything had been working fine before. I need this device to track my daily activities, and now it's become completely unreliable. I'd appreciate immediate support to get the Vivosmart 4 working again with my phone.
