My Garmin Instinct Solar Bezel Is Leaking Glue

I purchased my red Garmin Instinct Solar smartwatch through Elcobilmarket. During normal use, I noticed a glue- and silicone-like substance seeping out from the edges of the upper bezel. This issue first appeared approximately eight months ago, ruining the product's exterior appearance and damaging my trust in its quality.
I contacted Garmin via email regarding this defect, but I received no response whatsoever. Both the physical degradation of the product and the complete lack of customer support have left me disappointed. Even though my watch's warranty expired four months ago, I believe that this type of material and manufacturing defect should not occur in such a short timeframe.
Due to this defect, I request that my Garmin Instinct Solar smartwatch be replaced with a new unit. I ask that my complaint be reviewed and that a resolution-oriented response be provided as soon as possible.
