On June 30, 2026, I placed an order on Epttavm for a Garmin Foretrex 101 underwater bicycle GPS device from the seller Ylmzhome. Despite the time that has passed, my item has still not arrived.

Throughout the ordering process, I received no updates from either the seller or the shipping carrier, and my messages remain unanswered. I have been left completely uninformed as to whether the product has been shipped, canceled, or subjected to any other action.

I request that my order be dispatched immediately and delivered to me; otherwise, I demand a full refund without experiencing any further financial hardship, along with a thorough investigation into this lack of communication.
