On October 16, 2025, I contacted Mr. H***, who was introduced as the official representative of Garmin Turkey in Cappadocia, Nevşehir. I intended to purchase the Garmin 970 model, but his attitude and behavior were extremely rude and condescending. He showed no interest in assisting customers and was completely unhelpful. Moreover, even though I wanted to make the payment in installments using my Maximum card, this option was not provided, and the transaction was processed as a single payment. When I reported the situation to customer service, not only was no solution offered, but the call was also abruptly disconnected. I experienced inconvenience both due to poor communication and issues with the payment. I request that Garmin Turkey contact me regarding these negative experiences, issue an apology, and refund my payment.
