Unable to Join Teams in Free Fire Due to Suspicious Player Error

I was playing a ranked match in Free Fire when I mistakenly placed an ice wall incorrectly, and after that, I encountered a serious issue. I have been unable to join any teams or have others join mine since then. Every time I try to send a request, I get the error: "This team contains a player under review for suspicious activity. Participation is currently not possible."

This issue has made it impossible for me to play with anyone, and it has significantly affected my gaming experience. I’m deeply invested in Free Fire and cannot imagine giving it up.
