Dear Garena, I'm writing to you utterly distraught because my account, ID: 1926935507, has been suspended. I understand it was due to downloading an accelerator program. I genuinely had no idea that using such a program would lead to a ban or was considered cheating. If I had known, I would never have used it.

I've invested an incredible amount of time and effort into this account, reaching over level 77. All that hard work, all those hours spent building up my progress, are now locked away, and it's incredibly frustrating. I'm not trying to make excuses, but I truly was unaware of the consequences.
