Unban My Free Fire Account Please

This is really annoying me! Cheats were used by the person who got into my Free Fire account 1.5 years ago. Because of this, my account was banned for good, even though I had nothing to do with it! This is not fair at all! Even though I've sent a lot of emails and talked to help several times, I have never been given a good answer. This game cost a lot of money, but I really enjoy playing it. I just need my account back so I can play again without any limits. It's time for Garena to lift these unfair bans and restore accounts that were wrongly shut down. Please unban my account right away!
