I Have Lost My Free Fire ID

I am writing about a problem with my Garena Free Fire account. My in‑game UID is 2250135231. My phone was recently factory reset and after that I lost access both to my Free Fire account and to the Google account that was bound to it, because I have forgotten the Gmail details. Since Monday I have not been able to log in to this Free Fire account. I can no longer access the Google account that was used for login, so I am completely locked out of the game account. I kindly request your support to help me recover this Free Fire account and change the email address currently bound to it to a new one that I can access, after any necessary ownership verification. I would like to continue using this account instead of losing all my progress.
