I Can’t Access Free Fire Ranked Modes—Game Blocks Me Due to “Suspicious Players”

I’m facing a serious issue with my Garena Free Fire account. For some reason, I can no longer play CS Ranked, BR Ranked, or even join most other game modes. Every time I try to join a squad, I get an error that says: “This team has suspicious players under investigation. You can’t join.”

This is beyond frustrating. I’m being punished for something I didn’t do, just because of other players on the team? Why should my gameplay be limited due to others being flagged?

It gets worse in training mode too—there are only about 5–6 players, and most of them are hackers. I can’t enjoy the game at all anymore. I’ve been a loyal player, and this issue has completely ruined the experience for me.

Garena, please investigate my account (ID: 73656*) and lift whatever is blocking my access to normal game modes. I’m not a cheater and shouldn’t be restricted like this. I’m requesting an urgent fix.
