Garena Free Fire Keeps My Download Stuck at Zero and Won't Load

I have an issue with loading Free Fire. The download stays stuck at zero, just like in the image, and doesn’t change even after half an hour. Please respond quickly or at least fix this problem. Thank you for taking the time to read my message. I’m thankful to Free Fire for creating a game that’s part of my childhood. If you can’t solve the issue, please at least stop adding new characters to the game — that’s my suggestion. Thanks again.
