Garena OTP Emails Stopped After Unsubscribing, Can't Access Free Fire
I am having a serious problem with my Garena Free Fire account because I accidentally unsubscribed from Garena emails, and since then I have not been receiving any OTP codes to my Gmail address, which is koushi***[email protected]. This issue started around 17 May, and from that date I have not received any OTP emails needed to log in and secure my account. Because I cannot get the OTP, I am worried about losing access to my Free Fire account, where I have already made several in‑game purchases and top‑ups that I want to protect. I tried to get help through the Garena/Free Fire support channels, but I only received bot replies and no real support that could solve my problem or reactivate my email subscription. I kindly request that my Gmail address be re‑activated or re‑subscribed to Garena emails so that I can again receive OTP codes and fully access and secure my Free Fire account and the purchases linked to it. I expect this issue to be checked and resolved as soon as possible.
