Garena Free Fire Permanent Ban Challenged in Last Appeal
I am submitting this message as my final appeal regarding the permanent ban on my Free Fire account, which is linked to my Facebook login. My in-game name is LOST SOUL. My account was permanently banned on December 1, 2025, following an earlier 30-day suspension. After the suspension period ended, I reinstalled the game and logged in again, only to discover that my account had been permanently banned for violating the game’s policies.
I have already contacted Garena support regarding this issue, but my appeal was rejected and the ban was upheld. I would like to sincerely state that at the time, I did not fully understand the seriousness of the rules or the consequences of using any kind of third-party tool or modification. If any unauthorized file, tool, or modification was detected on my device, I deeply apologize and take full responsibility for this mistake.
Free Fire is very important to me, and I genuinely regret my actions. I respectfully ask that my account be reviewed one final time and that I be given one last chance. If my account is restored, I firmly promise to strictly follow all Garena policies and to never use any unauthorized applications, tools, or files again. I kindly request that you reconsider the permanent ban on my Free Fire account and allow me a single opportunity to correct my mistake. Your understanding and support in this matter would mean a great deal to me.
