Garena Free Fire Event Issue - Unable to Claim New Rewards After Event Extension

Hello Garena Team, As a player, I have a complaint regarding an event. Yesterday, I participated in the loading event (load 1 of 4 items) on my account and claimed my reward. When I logged in this morning, there were 7 minutes left before the event ended. After 7 minutes, the event was extended by 5 hours. I tried to load again, but the rewards had not been refreshed. Please help me with this issue. I would like new rewards so I can participate in the event again. (Player ID 893597457) Thank you and have a good day.
