Free Fire ID Banned - Transfer Items To New Account

I am a Free Fire player using an ASUS phone, and my account with ID 2423646959 was banned on 25/12/2023. I have never used hacks, cheat panels or any similar illegal tools. My internet connection is very bad and unstable; when I play BR matches I often cannot move properly and sometimes I can only go to a house or move anywhere after about 1 minute because of the lag. I suspect that my unstable network and my device, which is made in China, may have caused an incorrect detection and led to this ban. Since the ban date I have not been able to access my account. I tried to contact Free Fire (Garena) official support, but my messages do not go through and I cannot receive any response or explanation about the reason for the ban. Because I cannot reach support and I believe this ban is unfair, I kindly request that my account with ID 2423646959 be reviewed again and that all my game progress, including all my old items, skins and purchases, be fully transferred to my new account with ID 8622872279. I want to continue playing Free Fire fairly on my new account without losing the effort, time and money I have invested.
