I had been an active player on the Free Fire Turkey server for about three years, but recently I’ve faced serious problems because of players using cheat panels. In particular, almost everyone in the game seems to land automatic headshots with a single bullet, which has completely destroyed both the enjoyment and fairness of the gameplay.
I reported this issue many times, but the system only responded with “not reviewed” and provided no real action or solution.
During this time, I made multiple in-game purchases and spent money on the game, but all of it now feels wasted since I’ve just deleted the game out of frustration. I believe there is no fair play or accountability in how Free Fire handles player complaints.
I’m extremely disappointed that an unfair gaming environment has been allowed to continue, and I strongly condemn Free Fire’s lack of response to player concerns.
