Free Fire Facebook Account Permanently Suspended on Emulator

To the Garena Free Fire support team, My Free Fire account linked to Facebook, with UID 1292960729 and in-game name Hasib, has been permanently suspended for “abnormal activity.” The suspension occurred in 2024. I believe this is related to the fact that I was playing on a PC emulator and may have used a different game client or version by mistake. I did not have any intention of violating the rules or gaining an unfair advantage. If any irregular activity was detected from my account, I respectfully request that you consider it an unintentional mistake rather than deliberate misuse. I kindly ask you to manually review my account and the logs in detail, and if possible, remove the permanent suspension or provide another way for me to recover access to my account.
