Free Fire EU Leaderboard Bug Hides Top 5,000 Player

I play Garena Free Fire on the EU server using Android. Even though there is no ban or restriction on my account rank, I have not appeared in the ranked leaderboard for two seasons. Despite being ranked within the top 5,000 in Europe, my name does not appear on the in-game leaderboard, and this issue has continued since last season.

Although I earned my rank through consistent effort and gameplay, not appearing on the leaderboard is demotivating and feels unfair. My player ID is 2819470783. I am requesting that my account and the ranking system be reviewed, that any technical issue or hidden restriction be clearly explained, and that the necessary correction be made so I appear properly on the leaderboard as I deserve.
