Garena Free Fire Wrongly Restricted My Account for VPN Use
I play Garena Free Fire on my Android device, and my account ID is 5759*49** on the Europe server. Today, I logged into the game using a VPN, not realizing that it could lead to a ban, and now I can’t access my account. I’ve spent over ₺10,000 on this account.
Whenever I try to join a Battle Royale or Ranked Match, I receive the following error message: “The team contains one or more players under review. Unable to join at this time.” I’ve tried every possible solution — reinstalling the game, switching to a different network, and updating the app — but the issue still persists.
I want to make it clear that I never used any cheats or third-party software — I only used a VPN, unaware that it could trigger a ban. I kindly request that my account be reviewed again and that the ban be lifted so I can regain full access to my game.
