Free Fire Emulator Ranked Mode Not Working and Matches Won’t Start

I have been a long-time Free Fire player, and since May 11, 2025, the game has become almost unplayable for me on an emulator. When I try to enter Ranked mode through the emulator, the matches do not start at all. In non-ranked modes, I encounter players using cheat panels in almost every match. Because of these cheat panels—many of which are sold for money—matches are no longer fair, and all enjoyment of the game has disappeared.

Even though I checked the in-game support section, I couldn’t find a proper place to send a message or submit a complaint, which makes it difficult to report the issues I’m experiencing. I want emulator players to be able to enter matches properly, and I also want a much stronger and faster ban system against players who use cheats.

I am requesting that Garena identify and close the loopholes in the game, block these cheat panels, and review and permanently ban cheaters more quickly. Because I constantly face cheaters and cannot properly play through the emulator, this situation has become unbearable, and I expect it to be taken seriously and addressed promptly.
